As a Real Estate Broker, Kathy Baker has been involved in the real estate industry for over 18 years.

As a full-time recruiter, Kathy’s recruiting efforts consistently contributed an average of 4-6 experienced Associates per month to the company.  Under Kathy’s direction, her offices implemented a Mentor program for training new associates with tremendous success and excellent results.
